Man injured when concrete chunk is thrown from overpass onto car in Montreal

Seriously, who the hell stands on an overpass and thinks it’s a good idea or that it would be fun to rain down big concrete chunks onto passing motorists?

Dear reader, if you are one of those people I have one request.  Just one.
