I’ve decided this weekend to take a small hiatus from Prompt and Response. I love the feature and it’s a great way to beat writer’s block, but I find that this week it’s gotten in the way of some real work that I need to do.
The manuscript re-write is picking up speed and my short story is coming together and those are my priorities right now.
Another priority, but lower on the list is The Expensive Universal Instrument, which I’d like to continue and improve upon.
That’s where my word count is going to go in the near future, although I might bring Prompt And Response back over the summer, perhaps as a month long challenge to myself where instead of 1000 words in a week, I will create a full short story.
